New HAZMAT info coming out:
Firefighters to be on boats and "have verifiable HazWoper and/or Hazardous Materials Technician Certification. Individuals will be working on boats overseeing the collection of oil from the gulf. Due to federal requirements, each vessel must have one person on board that has one of the above-mentioned certifications before it can collect hazardous materials."
