Summer 2010 rentals on the Gulf Coast is way ahead of recent years. Is the economy becoming a non-issue? Dauphin Island is very close to many areas and population centers so this may partially explain the no vacancy at many beach rental homes.
Great part is even with full houses the island still has deserted beaches.
