Holiday Isle condo's has sceduled another auction on August 25th, 2012.
This new auction will be be held "on-site" on Dauphin Island, Alabama.
As one of the agents who specialized in Holiday Isle for the last several years, working with the developer and the Bank's REO process, I can advise any buyer on the best units.
I have direct access to all the for sale units, unit diagrams, finishes for each unit, grid layout of where each init is located in the complex, etc.

Dauphin Island beach vacation rentals are trending quite a bit ahead of Summer and Spring Break 2009. 2009 was a full occupancy Summer Season as the island is seen as a huge bargain with new beachfront and direct beach access cottages renting for 1750-2400 for a week which sleep at least 10 friends and family.
